idk how much the project will be, i'd rather get quotes, research the contractors then decide

I lowballed the budget amount on the job.  Since I have no idea what the problem is.  I will get whatever money is needed

for the repair based on what quotes I gather.

I've found with contractors, if you tell them how much money you have, then miraculously that is how much it costs and then some.

I'd rather get a few fair quotes to compare, look at the contractors backround and then decide.

I disagree with having to post a budget amount.  I will pay fairly.
