One of the springs on our garage door broke, we had to replace both, now the door bottom when it goes down is not level. What should we do?

The garage door spring broke yesterday.  Only one spring broke but both had to be replaced per Home Depot.  Now the door will go up and down but when down, one side it about two inches off the floor of the garage where the other side is down completely.  Is it just trial and error on adjusting the cable from the spring to the garage frame?
