change outlet from 1/2 hot without breaking the chain

I have a series of 4 outlets that are 1/2 hot, 1/2 on a switch. I want to take the first 3 and make them all hot, but leave leave the last one the same (1/2 hot, 1/2 switch). Is it as simple as tying the switch wires together to keep the switch chain, and then using a jumper from the top hot receptical to the bottom, to accomplish this?
