Air-Con water Dripping
I have a wall-unit air conditioner here in my house at sacramento, that has started dripping water on the inside and down my wall. As this is a huge monster of a thing, I'm worry of trying to tinker with it on my own. It still
cools the air, although I don't notice it getting as cold. Ive got an idea to call a handyman for it and let him solve this.But,Since this problem only surfaced when the humidity skyrocketed ill think it is just condensation?
And just let it until water stop dripping. But im still bodering, is this means for a call of a proffesional handyman?

In my basement house in Sacramento there is significant condensation build up on the cold water pipes. There is enough water dripping to actually create puddles in the basement floor! Is a dehumidifier is the solution, or should the pipes be insulated or covered by a handyman. Do i need to ask for a help of a handyman in this particular problem?

Now that the winter is upon us here in Sacramento I am getting condensation on my aluminum window frames, causing the appearance of a blackish mold. I know how to remove it, but I wanted to have the assurance of preventing it!Should I ask for the assistance of a constructor or a good Handyman? or ill just get a dehumidifier for it?

My daughter and her husband who live in Sacramento have a terrible moisture problem. They live in a tri-level house. They are noticing gray-black discoloration of the ceilings in all of the three rooms on their upper level. Touching the areas, they are moist. Their windows also have condensation.Looking in the attic, there are areas where the insulation is wet, and mold or mildew shows on the rafters. I suppose a roof leak is possible, but the moisture is so widespread, my inclination is against such.What must they do? Can a handyman remodel this  properly assess the problem? Or do we need to contact someone more specialized than a handyman?

Last week i call a handyman for the checking of leakage in my vent pipes in my house in Sacramento.They check the blockage of my vent pipes, and they also screened it, now birds cannot get down on the chimney and end up blocking the vent pipe. Im not not wrong for calling a handyaman, they have done an excellent work for me! I am really satisfied with their work. and next time i would not hesitate to ask a help of a good handyman again if i got trouble like this!thanks!!
