Converting 220V to 110v
We have installed a new gas cooktop in my home in Oklahoma  with electric ignition. The under counter supply line is 220v. We want to convert 220 line to 110 soley for cooktop power supply. Our idea: connect one hot and one neutral to new outlet connection; cap-off other hot wire. Right or wrong? We''ve done electral wiring before; this is new for us im not sure if i can able to make this. You think it is a part of a handyman job? Do you think
handyman can make it?

Ill just wanted to say thak to a great handymans from Oklahoma, for having a great job with my fences..They could able to solve my problem everytime typhoons will hit us my fences are always destroyed! But now after a Super typhoon my fences are still in good condition..Its because of strong foundation of it! Ive never expirience this before! More thank you handyman!!!
