Fan Installation problem
I had an installation concern for a bathroom fan here in charlotte  . I have searched and searched web sites, news groups, books and none have any helpful details. I plan on installing this fan in the ceiling. Now, I live in charlotte  with about 25 inches of insulation in my attic. My friend told me to hire a handyman for this but, i am not familiar with them. I am not sure with their work. What was the assurance that they could really help me? can a handyman really solve my problem?

I am a new homeowner here in Charlotte. I've got a problem I've never seen before. My upstairs bathroom fan is draining water into the my room. I traced this into the attic and found that the water is coming from the fan duct which is routed to the attic window. The inside of the duct pipe is wet. I don't think this is rainwater since nothing else is wet. Could this be just condensation? BUt, besides i dont want to see my room get even wetter. Should i remove this fan, or is it best for me to call handyman for him to fix this small problem?

I bought a few commercial products in charlotte but my outdoor fixtures are so badly tarnished it takes a lot of scrubbing and they still don't come clean. Is there an easier way to clean it? And besides, I dont have time to clean this because of hectic schedule. Can a handyman can not just clean it but can take good care of it? and they may not overscrub this? are theyre liable of this things if im not on my house on cleaning?

I have a small problem on my house in Charlotte. When our heating or AC system comes on; the hot/cold air blows through all of the vents except one. Can i rectify this on my own or a handyman must do it? Who you feel can really solve this, a good electrician or a professional handyman?

As a new homeowner here in Charlotte and a handyman-wanna be myself, I must thank you for your outstanding work. With your help, You just finished re-installing our guest bathroom toilet from the wax ring up. And since it still doesn't seem to flush very well, it's off to the roof to attack the vent.I really thak you!
